13.1 mile morning run. New overpass loop and then when I got to GS I ran up to the Powerline trail and then down into Middleton. It was dark until I got down into GS but when the sun started to come up it was awesome. Sometimes the sunrise over the desert is just amazing.

3 mile run on the treadmill this evening after a long day.

I can't even see the sun from the blizzard that we are in right now (and more is expected tonight and tomorrow!).

Nice run, glad you are feeling better than last week.

Thanks Jeff. Today on my run I remembered that I hadn't replied to you about your question to me about running Teton. No I'll be passing on it. I'm running Ogden and it takes me a month to a month and a half after a marathon to be able to race good again. So I'll be able to get fully recovered and be ready to roll for Wasatch Back.

Clyde, I'll Jeff and I see lately is snow and more snow. I would love to run down there and see a scenic view like that.

Clyde, I'm glad your body feeling better, and the mileage is showing it.

The rest of the world only got to see the sunrise as we went to work! It was awesome though!
