Big workout this morning with Logan at my house. I've been wanting to set up a good mile repeat course out on the roads so I did and we ran it. The course is pretty tough/ honest... I'd say 5-8 seconds slower than on a track. It loops around my house. The loop is 1.3 miles long. So we start the mile section and then have a .3 recovery or just over 2 min's. There is some slight downhill and some slight to good uphill.

We hit a 5.6 mile warm up then got going. With the miles @ 5:13, 5:16, 5:20, 5:14, 5:17

Logan and I were really pumped to hit such a good workout. Starting off we both thought it would be good to keep them under 5:30... so we did that and more. Legs felt pretty good. Tummy not so much as on the 3rd one I started the dry heaving and it stayed with me until we stopped. But all things considered this is one of the best workouts for me in some time. Plus it was very humid. Logan looked like he jumped in and out of a pool three times just during our warm up.

Thanks man. It's nice to actually feel like I can run sometimes.
