I slept horrrible last night because of the shoulder, and almost didn't think I could even go this morning but I'm glad I went even though it hurt. We met up with Chad, Steve, Walter, Adam, Jeff M, and Josh & Megan.

It was a blast running with all those guys. We just kind of took the big loop around Park City. The group decided to take the Jarassic Park physical challange. So we went up over a mountain without a trail. Kind of interesting and fun.

We did one mile on the track after the run and I did a little on the track before we started. After the run we enjoyed breakfast and good conversation. Great start to the Saturday.

Clyde, Sorry about the handle grips on your bike! Im glad it wasnt worse. Maybe if your good, Santa will give you something special in your stocking! Boy did that sound gross or what? How does something so innocent get stirred! Thanks for the run! Hope your shoulder gets healed. I hate shoulder injuries!

Don't worry about the bike- it's just fine. Thanks again for coming and doing the run. It was fun to see so many people come out. Also thanks for bringing my garmin back. I couldn't have lived without it.

I know what you mean about your garmin! I was at the summit when you called and it was no problem to turn around and get it to you. Keep up the good work man! If you want, come up and do the 15k in hyrum and help me try to take Josh's crown away. I need all the help I can get. (If your reading this Josh, you need to get on the blog so we dont have to talk behind your back) jk.

Great week of training for you! Good to see you come back from the injuries.

Clyde, Thanks for suggesting the run yesterday. It was a lot of fun to get some bloggers together. Sometimes this virtual thing isn't enough and its glad to see people in person. Plus this way I got to hear your jokes two weekends in a row!
