Did a long run today for the first time in a long time. I went out with Dan and Paul from here in my new ward. We left the corner above the house and ran out into the Knolls around the schools then out past Blue Bunny onthe new parkway road to Sunriver. Then we went up along the freeway to Flying J and took the trail into Bloomington Hills and then over to River Road back to the house. We avg. 7:24 pace for the run... not bad for not running much at all and those guys did great holding basically MP or faster for them for all 17. Good job Ben and Paul. Now to do some more honey do's.

Good run and nice pace. You'll have to get your neighbors on the blog.

Dustin I'm working on them...

Dave and Clay- In the words of Huggy Bear on Starsky and Hutch- " I do what I do when I can do it".

Mike- Good luck! Hopefully we can get together after you race and work out your program.

The run felt pretty good but the hammy as kind of achy and tight... but runnable.
