10 miles on the treadmill. Been a while since I've done that much on the machine. Not too bad though.

Baby #3 came this morning at 6:58 a.m. Kaylor Kel Behunin was born first thing. She's so so pretty. Lots of dark hair. 7lbs 14oz and 21 inch long. Both her and Mik'L seem healthy and good. Now I just have to get use to having a little girl. I think I'm a boy kind of daddy... maybe she'll be a Tomboy?
