12 mile morning run. Up around Dogtown to the new overpass. Then down into GS and around back to Middleton. It was overcast last night so the weather this morning was pretty nice. But the word on the street is there's a storm coming. I had to stop for a bathroom break- that is the first in a long time.

8 mile run this afternoon. I didn't have a watch on but I had the peddle down most of this run. Had to rush to finish before wrestling practice.

Your starting to crank em out again!! Yes, the weather said snow, Fri & Sat. (well see), but, if so, maybe we can be like the northern guys and run in the snow. Steve was talking about a long run Sat, are you in town this weekend?

I'll be in beautiful Delta on Saturday with the wrestlers. But I should be here the next two weekends so I'm pumped to finally get out with everyone.

Hey Clyde

How have you liked the Stratus? Steve is going to be ordering me a pair of those and some Nimbus.

Dustin- So far so good with the Stratus. I have two pair and love them. Only time will tell how they hold up in the long run.
