12 miles this morning. Ran the Dog Town/ New overpass loop in reverse- then added some in GS. Felt really fresh and smooth for a Monday. I hope to get some strong mileage in Mon-Thurs because this weekend will be very tight in time.

8.6 miles tonight after practice. Ran from the high school down to the river trail and up around Costco and home. When I was down by the river below Millcreek High I saw three teenagers who had sunk a new Ranger ATV in the river. It was pretty funny but I'll bet their parents are going to kill them. Those things are at least 10k a piece.

Up here kids ride snowmobiles across Mantua Res when it is not frozen. I have seen a few kids make it. It is at least a mile. I never thought a snowmobile would go that good on top of the water!

Nice miles. How is wrestling this season?

Ouch! I got two ATV's that I paid $7,000 for each so I can imagine what their parents will do. Nice run Clyde way to stick a high mile day.

Thanks guys.

James our wrestling team is looking pretty good. I'd say that if we can get them to wrestle like they have been we are a top 3 team this year in 4A.
