60 min's on the elliptical. We had 3 solid inches of snow in my back yard when we woke up this morning. I think this is more than I've ever seen it snow in the STG. I stuck to the same workout at the gym. The hammy feels good but I don't want to try it yet. I'll at least give it a week or so without any running. So I'll miss the club run tonight.

Nice work Clyde and way to be patient. I'm as well hitting the gym with my PF injury. Well that's what I think the injury is.

Wow! that's a lot of snow for St. George. I bet you were totally blow away by the amount of snow.

Good luck with that injury Kory. I guess you better find out what it is for sure so you know how to best treat it.

Yeah that was a lot of snow but it's all gone now.
