Dave and Logan conned me into doing a speed workout this morning... last night Dave asked me if I wanted to join him and Logan for a "run". I agreed only to find out 1.7 miles into it that Logan had plans to run hard. Ugh!!!! I almost just let them go. But decided to fight off the pain and see what happened. It was hard and the hip hurt like crazy but we did 5x 180 second sections @ 5:20-5:10 pace (for me). Like a 2 min recovery I think. Anyways I'm up in the air if it was a good or bad choice. But it's done.

4 miles on the treadmilll this afternoon

I almost said 5x3min. but that is the same as 5x180sec! Good work this morning.

It was a good choice... The power of the Circle will heal you.
