Got up early after a long day to hit the hotel treadmill. It was a junker... but it got me a few miles and a little quick workout.

Then back to UVU for more wrestling. We ended up doing fairly well. There was 60 teams there from all over the western region. We finished 8th and if one more kid would have won one more match on our team we would have been 6th. So it was a very good showing against some of the best competition you can get. It ended up finishing late Saturday night and I finally got home to STG at 3 a.m. Sunday morning. What a long weekend!

Cograts on the tournament, that is a very good showing. We missed you at Painters this weekend. Your miles have been looking awesome, when is your next race?

Glad the Tournament went well. Missed you yesterday, but I will see plenty of you in a month at Del Sol since we are in the same van.

Mike the next race is Feb 28 and March 1 for the Del Sol relay in PHX.
