Same run as yesterday morning. Really didn't want to get up and go out in the dark today. But once I was out running I felt very good and was able to get into a good gear. It's kind of fun getting back into shape- and remembering what it's like to be able to find a good stride and stay with it.

Getting back in shape. Clyde you've never been out of shape yet :-). Keep up the good work.

Question:

I asked Steve this question but I know he's busy. Do you know what the top seller trainer running shoe is that sells at the St. George Running Center Store? I've already ordered to pairs of shoes from him the Asics Bandito's and Mizuno Precision 8. I was looking for some trainers around 10oz's. He has Asics DS Trainers 13 which I think I might go with. But whats the most popular trainer shoe down around St. George?

Kory there are different shoes for different runners. The DS Trainer is a good shoe and it's light weight but it has a little more support than some runners need. The Asics cumulus have been pretty popular with Dave and I. Then the new Asics Stratus is a little more around the 10 oz range and I've only had it for a couple weeks but I love it so far. However if you need a little support these shoes are both made for the neutral runner.
