Taking another day totally off. Yesterday my ankle felt better than it has since the injury. I planned on running today but in the night it really throbbed. Swelling is around 70% of what it was at the full swell. So there is still a lot of improvement to be made. 

I'm getting fat.

Dave- Able to run the last couple days. not super great but pain is doable. I decided I might as well run on it because it didn't feel any better taking days off.
