B-hills loop then extended into St. James and home. Felt really good for a Monday. Legs wanted to go at around 6:30 pace for the entire run but I kept backing off and just trying to relax. It was warmer this morning than it was all last week. 62 F  for the low. I wish it would drop rather than climb. Looking like this race could be just as hot as last year...

5.6 miles tonight around the inner B-hills loop. It was around 93 F and the pasta and PB&J sandwiches that I had at lunch all created a bad mix. I really struggled and about barfed. Luckily I hit the golf course restroom and was able to make it home. Not a fun one at all.

Don't say that. My weather sources told me it's going to drop 5 degrees by Saturday. Clouds would be nice too.

Well I hope I'm wrong but temps are hotter this week than last... and last week I still was wanting it to cool off. Anything after 9 a.m out on the course will be over 70 and closer to 75 F+. Just prepare for the worst and then it can only get better.
