After working outside all day I was wasted and was not going to go. But after laying around the house for 45 min's I talked myself into going. Pretty hard run because I was so trashed and still feeling sick and sore.

Morning after- glad I went.

I don't think I'll be running the 10k this weekend. I'm really going to try and get ready for the half next week.
