I did my new big loop run. I wanted to get one more longer run in before I started to taper off for Boston next Monday. The run felt so good I ran smooth and easy no problems at all. I hope that I'm finally starting to progress to the next level. I have decided to run the Boston marathon as a learning experience/training run. Everyone I talk to says this isn’t the course to go out and PR on. So I'm going to run hard but in more of a training/ learning educational mentality than a competitive “I’m not going to let him pass me” state of mind.

Good thinking. You tend to run your best marathons that you approach with a relaxed attitude. At least I do. Get serious half-way through. And always learning. I have run now more than 30, and am still learning.
