Stone Cliff loop and a little more. I woke up with some sore legs and a very sore bum from yesterdays hike. At 5:30 a.m I decided I wasn't going to run today... then I laid there for a while and by 6:20 I was up getting ready to go out. Running was actually better than walking. I'm surprised how sore things got. I guess it's from all the steep down hill and from packing a backpack with about 40lbs in it. There was a very steep uphill section right at the very end of the hike but it only lasted about 25 min's. |
