The cool weather and finishing up work early today, talked me into a long run. Did my Winchester Hills loop. Left the house just before noon and just headed up the trail nice and easy. When I got up to Winchester I got water on the golf course and was feeling great so when I hit the road I pushed it down to Steve's store. Stopped in and visited with Steve maybe for too long because I wasn't really into running home when the time came. But made my way back home and felt ok.

So instead of taking an easy week I'm going to hit 3 good weeks of training- starting with this week of 100 or so. Then after that I'll drop it down and get ready for the Teaton Dam marathon on June 9th in IDAHO baby! I hear there are some crazy good parties up there- it's off the hook!

You mean ... off the hizzle.

I thought you were backing off a little? So much for that huh. Heal feeling okay?

From Superfly on Tue, May 08, 2007 at 13:58:05

Yeh my heal is fine- it never was hurting. I do think I have a small stress fracture in my right forefoot. It still hurts but not like it did early last week.

Sorry - I thought you were feeling it in your heel. Glad it is feeling a bit better.

You are a dork.

I'm going to be running the Teton Marathon too. Hoping to reach my goal. I will be good to see you in Idaho.
