Up to Power/GS and home the long way. Nice run this afternoon. My body is needing it. I've been a food consuming machine the last few days and I need to burn stuff off. I went out in shorts with a jacket on up top. It was pretty nice out with just a little wind and nip in the air. Good Christmas run.

Michelle Merry Christmas to you guys too. Santa found me but he said it was too cold in Richfield and all he was leaving there was some coal to warm things up....

Keep up the good work through the winter. This is the hardest time of year for me. My body just wants to rest and eat cheese cake.
