Met up at my house with Mike and Paul (Paul from my neighborhood and who needs to join the blog). Anyways we did a portion of the Sunriver loop we did a couple weeks ago. We just took it easy and chit chatted the whole run but I still ended with a 7:30 avg so not too bad. I had the usual Monday morning issues and had to do a potty stop but other than that felt really good. We ran into Logan and his team and it was fun to see that cat out running again.

Thanks Clay we still need to get together out on the golf course one of these days... I'm sure you'll destroy me just like Mike did.

Mike- Honestly you did great today. Don't even worry about going a little slow... that's all you need to do and more right now.
