7.2 miles this morning. I felt like poo. The hamstring was tight and everything else kind of jumped on the bandwagon.

8.15 mile run tonight with the club. The regular parkway loop. My hamstring has been buggin overtime but I put some Wintercrest on and was able to handle it. I did however have to hit the gas station .5 miles before we were finished for a potty break. That BLT I had for lunch at Great Harvest was rockin out.

I command you to go and have a In & Out Burger to cheer you up! Or a message, which ever works.

Keep working hard Clyde and you will be okay;-)

Thanks Clay- It's actually that time of week again. Tonight is the club run and the new store is one block away from In and Out. It's really hard for me to just drive by.

I want an In and Out here. It's the best place. Clyde you've increased your mileage so that's probably some of the feeling your experiencing. I believe once you get back into your normal routine you'll be rolling again.

It's nice to take a step-back from running and do other activities in life.

There is a rumor that In & Out is coming to the Salt Lake Valley;-) Which is closer than SG...

From Nathan Bundy on Thu, Feb 12, 2009 at 23:00:09

I saw you finishing up around 9:30 this morning and you didn't seem to have your normal spring in your step. Take it easy on that pace as you increase those miles again. Let your body catch up to your heart...

Just saw on KSL news that In n Out coming to Draper this summer...

From superfly on Fri, Feb 13, 2009 at 10:19:53

That's kind of lame. In and Out is selling out to the "man". I thought they wanted all the locations to be by warm places and close to Cali for shipping...

Oh well!

From dave holt on Fri, Feb 13, 2009 at 13:13:19

Palm trees with snow on them just doesn't quite have the same So Cal feel as one might think. Who care anyway... In and Out is okay at best!
