8.1 electric miles on the treadmill this morning. I warmed up at 6.5-7 mph for way too long and then had to hit 9.5 for 20 mins to finish under an hour.  I'm not ready for the gloves, hat and layers thing yet.

Went to club tonight and Dave was the only one who showed. If he hadn't I was going to just go home without running. But he did and we headed down the trail. In the end it ended up being a great run: good conversation, great running temps, and we held a really honest little clip down around the Bloomington loop.

Club run tonight? When?

From Superfly on Thu, Oct 29, 2009 at 17:21:53 from 208.117.127.110

Mik'L scheduled family pics tonight for us... so I'll miss it but do it at 5 at the DC and lets just keep it that way for the winter to avoid any confusion.

Pic's are canceled so I will be there at 5.

Sounds like a good run. I have a class every Thursday night, so club runs won't be happening for me for awhile I guess.

Thanks for dragging me along!

Dustin sorry about the classes. Your always in a class. Are we going to soon be addressing you with a P.H.D in your title?

Dave no thank you.

Clay- Don't judge the book by the cover:) I'm not sure where I'm at or what I really am doing with running right now. But Thanks! Yesterday was a really good day of training. Now I just need about 8 straight months of that:)

I missed out on the run. Saw you guys as I was coming home. I had to take my daughter to a movie to get her mind off her mission papers that we were opening at 7:30 that day. She is going o the Washington Seattle Mission. My other daughter got engaged on Wednesday....what a week!
