Early morning run down from the DC around the fields and into Bloomington Hills then back. I decided I'd do a longish run this morning after the last two weeks have been junk. Depending on how this run went and how I felt it would give me the info I'd need to decide what to do about Squaw.

So I started out nice and slow trying to really warm up and give the body time to get going. Hit 8 miles in 1:00 right on then too a GU at 10 miles and turned around. On the way back I was feeling good and the form felt great so next thing I know I'm hitting 6:10's for a few. Along here I pass Dave and almost jump in with him as he was doing tinman but I quickly re thought the act and opted out. Got back to the car in 2:27 hitting around 7:18 min mile pace for the run. I felt really good and on days where I feel like I just want to stop distance running I should reflect back to how wonderful it was this morning to be out while the sun was coming up and getting a good workout in.

So I'm going to wait until mid day to decide for sue. I'll see then how I feel and where we are at with the house stuff.

Happy Anniversary to Mik'L and I. 8 glorious years and an eternity to go. She's great and you all know she puts up with a lot with me. Love you little sweet pie:)

Happy Anniversary! I saw your Jeep at the DC this morning. I figured you were running long. Great job on the workout.

Congrats to the both of you! I think you should do the race if nothing more than to just say you did one.

Thanks everyone.

As far as Squaw goes I had to pull out. I explain in Tuesdays (today) entry. Right there is too much going against it.

It would have been fun and I don't regret anything about it. In fact I've love the training so far and may just keep doing that kind of training and find another trail race to do instead.

Thanks again for all the support.
