Did the B-hills loop this morning before Mik'L had to go. I just took it easy and tried to loosen up the legs. They felt really good considering last nights little tempo run. No real soreness. So it was nice to just shake them out. 10 miles with the club tonight. We did a out and back. Down the trail to Bloomington and then over the bridge to the other trail that runs down into SunRiver. We had to follow a dirt road for a mile or so on the bottom end to get the distance. On the way down we were at 7:25ish pace and on the way back we hit a 7:01 avg. My quads were a little sore and trashed from yesterdays workout. Kind of a delayed soreness. Most likely I'll take it easy tomorrow as to not overdue things.
