Did a longish run this morning because I don't think I'll run tonight. I want to watch the BYU game and get myself all Jimmered out. This morning I headed out early in the dark over to the freeway and down into Bloomington. Then I took the trail up to River Road and connected to the other trail back into B-hills and then back home. The first 10 mile felt ok but the last 4 were a lot harder than they should have been. I really don't know whats up with my system but I'm flat. Just don't have any git up and go. Hoping the night off will aid in my recovery.

WOW! It has been a long time since I've checked in. Nice hair! I'm assuming that is a wig ;')

Thanks Adam. Sorry it took so long to reply. I get the updates on my phone but then forget to get on the computer and reply. Yeah it's a wig... I'm almost bald now-a-days. Good job in that 5k last week.

No sweat. It took me a year to post the comment a few days for a response is not bad :)
