6.5 miles this morning

7.8 miles this evening

I can't believe how sore I am from the race on Saturday. All day Sunday it was just "pain", as Clubber Lane would say. Monday morning run was sore then this evening was a little better. Hope to run it out and be ready to race again this weekend for the Del Sol.

Hope to get some good miles in Mon, Tues, Wed then I travel to PHX and who knows what will happen other than the miles I run in the race.

I was pretty sore, coupled with the fact I taught driver's education last night from 3:30-6:30 and got home at 7:00 I bagged the run for Monday, not good but felt like I needed another day off. I'm excited to see how you guys race

You ran 14 plus miles! I had to take 1000 mg of candy to just walk out the door. it aint the speed that bothers me! It’s the mileage!

Clyde, I'll be wanting a run on Thurs in PHX, and also some miles Friday morning before the race.

Thanks for the input on the shoes, I will have to go try a pair on and see how they fit.

Have fun at Del Sol this weekend.

Clyde, we'll wait until you get there to run.
