7.5 mile run this morning. I felt really good today after using the sick last night. It really helps work some of the kinks out. I did the GS loop and finished long around Middleton park. Another busy day ahead. We will be driving up to Orem this afternoon to start our little mini vacation up north. We will be staying in Orem tonigh, the Red Moose Lodge on Friday night, and the Little America hotel in SLC on Saturday night before going to GC on Sunday morning at the new convention center.

I talked to Steve and he will have 1 or 2 pairs of shoes for you to grab for me.

Good Luck with your race Clyde. Tell all the bloggers up there hello. I don't think I'm going to be doing the Ogden Marathon now, so it might be awhile before I see any of those guys.
