Got up early and ran over to the Flying J and then into Bloomington and back around. I wanted to go longer than regular and a little faster as to kind of work any junk out of my system after not running for the last 2 days. I was a little awkward the first 2 and then settled into around a 6:20-6:40 pace for the rest of the run. It felt pretty good and I hope to do a shorter run tonight with some solid core stuff all week. Looking forward to this weekends race with a scared anticipation.... |
