10.8 miles this morning. I went out and did the same run as last Monday. But in reverse. From the house over to GS around the outside- Up on the trail to the water tank- down turkey farm road to industrial park and then back home.

I felt o.k. but a %100 better than last week when I was sore from the Snow Canyon thing.

9.2 miles this afternoon. Up to power line and down into GS- back the long way. Afternoon was nice and I went out in short and t'shirt- not bad for the end of November. I also wore a pair of wore out shoes (my old speedstars) because they are lite. Bad choice because there is nothing left and I had a sore arch after. Dumb! Then after the run I went to wrestling and did all the stuff for basically my third workout for the day.

Hey Clyde, I run in Kayano 12 & 13 I am right in between a neutral and a slight pronator... Could I go to a neutral shoe without any problem, or do I need to stay with a stability shoe? Any advise you could give me I would appreciate it, great job on the workout as usual...

Do I need to change my running technique and form or will the neutral shoe help with that?

clyde, THose speed stars need to be retired already. They are almost as old as i am.
