11.75 miles this morning. Same loop as I did Tuesday morning. Foot still has a small amount of pain but it should be on it's way out. Other than that the run was good. Starting to get wore out on this week. Now I leave today at noon for wrestling road trip. Tonight we wrestle at Wayne High School (my alma mater) and then drive to Panguitch on Friday for a two day tournament there. I'm not sure what running I'll get in but I hope to get out a couple time on the trip.

7.6 mile run this afternoon. I had the bus drop me off in Loa on the way to wrestle Wayne and then I ran on in to the high school.

Who needs more miles - you already hit the last two weeks mileage by mid-week! Have fun up there, and don't give to many "When I wrestled up here..." speeches!

Hey, I have a question for you. Jayde would like to do a mini semester abroad that equalls 3 weeks, heavy on the mini but anyways. It's in London and I thought I ask you a few ??'s Do you think that in three weeks she can get her moneys worth and see some great stuff while over there, and also prices, I know things have probably changed a bit but spending cash to eat and play for 3 weeks there, what do you think. I think that it would be great, it's a little pricey but if you think she could have a good experience I think we would consider it. It's thru SLCC and she does get 3 college credits (transferable to where I don't know...) More about the hands on education more than credits. Let me know what you think we have to take care of like by Monday.

Good luck at the tournaments and give them all the speeches you want, you earned them!!! (he,he) Oh, BTW is hard to cheer against Kerry and the boys up there??

You always find a way to get your mileage in! YOU ANIMAL!

Michelle,

It would be pretty good. I think three weeks would be plenty of time to see the stuff around London. I never went there so I don't have any hints on what to do. I was in the north part of England. Stuff will be pricy... Now that the dollar is worth nothing in Europe. But she'd have a great time.

As far as finding it hard to cheer against Kerry and the boys? Not in the least. We love pounding on them.

Hey I sent you a "private message" about getting down to Phoenix. I don't know how it works - the message thing - so check you messages or email or whatever.
