8 mile run this morning. I went out for 11 or 12 and at the cut off talked myself into coming home early. So now I'll go out again this afternoon sometime. My left hammy was hurting all night and it hurt on the run today so I'll ice/use the stick and hope it feels better later.

Didn't get out again. I had a mild set back. While going down some stairs I rolled my ankle pretty good. Well actually about as bad as I've ever rolled it. Now we will see how good I can heal.

I will be for the club run at 5 today. It would be nice to go for a good run on Saturday morning. Let me know what you want to do.

What is the plan for Saturday? I was thinking long around 18 and Logan said okay - what are you thinking and where? Let me know before I cruise out of school or give me a call.

Let's meet at your house at 7:30.

Dave sounds good. Logan did you get that. If not I'll call you later tonight to tell you where I live. See ya then.

I always roll my ankle, this is what I do. Ice after every run and work out those tendons you rolled, it hurts but you will get over the rolled ankle alot faster. I still run but just be careful not to roll it again it is very vulnerable, I would stay on pavement. Hope it heals fast.
