8.6 mile run this morning. After a few days of a lay off I decided I'd get back out and try it. This run went like every other run I've done after a few days off. Kind of started out really tight all over, had stomach issues, felt kind of lurpy most of the run and took way longer than it should have. But other than that I felt pretty good and enjoyed the warm morning sun, with hints of spring everywhere. My hammy wasn't really that bad but I could feel a deep grind and I'll really have to watch it for a while.

Take it easy Clyde. Even though we all drop one place every race we still want you back. Be patient and let your body heal.

I wish we had signs of spring up here! Good job getting out this morning Clyde, I wish I could wave a magic wand so everyone on the blog that is injured would be healed! But I guess it doesn't work that way...

Keep the faith;-)

Thanks guys. It's so so hard to be patient with this thing...

Bill good to see your out and about too.

Clay I'd take that magic wand right about now!
