First off thanks to everyone for all the nice comments after the race.

Well the day after and I feel pretty good. I was going to wake up and do a short little 3 to 5 miler down to the ocean but decided not to this morning. My legs felt good enough to go- however the weather was rainy and windy again and I had just about enough of that stuff so I did not go out- instead I went back to bed and slept in. Our flight left at around 5 p.m. so we still had time to walk all over today. I think I walked more today that any other day we were here, so that was kind of nice just to walk out the legs. If I could keep moving I'd feel good, but when I sat down I'd start to cramp up. Comming home took forever, delay's, slow luggage, and bad traffic. I went to bed around 3 a.m. Wednesday morning. But glad to be home, and happy to see the dogs- even though the pup had chewed a corner out of the carpet in our house.

You ran a truly remarkable race. Top 100 at Boston is an amazing accomplishment. I wanted to thank you for some advice you gave a few months ago that really helped me. Before St. George I remember you mentioning that the day before a race you have a big lunch followed by a small dinner. I followed that plan this time and it was perfect. No GI issues at all. Thanks again.
