Just did a baby run today to see how things felt. I'm not sore at all. Or at least anymore than I've already been with the hammy. However it was very tight but didn't hurt anymore so that was good. It's funny how much different a run like yesterday is than a race. I think I've been more sore after the spectrum 10k then after running 30 miles easy yesterday with Steve. However I'm not totally imortal... I'm completley exhausted. I slept like a baby last night and when I woke up I could have gone right back to bed. So some good rest is in order. Then it's time to play my new Wii. My wife gave me a Wii for my 30th b-day and like a little kid I plan on playing it until it's time to go to bed.

Thanks Amber. Do you live here in STG? Sorry if I've never met you. You'll have to come run with the club if so.

Glad you feel good today! The Wii is awesome, have fun with it. Soon, I want to do a long run with you.
