Was going to run with Paul this morning but it was a little too chilly for our liking. Actually I was still going to go but the sound of the howling wind changed my mind. Cold I can handle... a little. But cold and wind I really, really dislike. So I did the run on the treadmill after Mik'L went to the office and while Myler slept. Actually I enjoyed it.

How cold was it. When I ran here this morning it was 19 degrees with a 10mph wind. I really hate the cold weather as well here. Was the cold does come the wind is always stronger as well. I need to move.

Dustin no snow over here... Wow I'm actually shocked that you had it there... It's not even November yet. So much for global warming?

The cold weather has slowed me down with running too this week. I'm just not into going out in it yet.

Kory- It was 39 here at my house. So still not too bad but for us STG guys it's too early for even that.

Yeah I hear ya... if you don't like the cold your about 500 miles too far north.
