12 miles this morning. Same run as yesterday morning. A little sore and tired this morning from the workouts yesterday. Hopefully through the rest of wrestling I can continue to get in decent mileage so in the weeks that follow I can be ready to go.

The run today was good. I decided that the hill up out of Washington to the new overpass is a killer. It's just a long straight away and the hill keeps going and going. Other than that part this is a pretty good little 12 mile run and it's good because it only feels like a 9 miler.

8 mile run this evening after practice. I got home right at dusk and for some crazy reason wanted to run up to the powerline in the dark. So I started up the trail and tried to pull it off by memory. I stumbled a few times but made it up there and then dropped down into GS and did the usual loop. I picked up my new race team jacket from Steve tonight and they look great. I wore it tonight for a test drive. Now it's time for dinner and bed.

Great job on the miles!! I am in the market for one of those 12 mile runs, that feel like 9. Look around for me.

Mike those kind of runs are hard to come by. I've been hitting it pretty hard for almost three years and this is the first one I've found. With exception of the last 10 or so miles of the STG marathon course. That seems shorter too... like around 7.5 on a good day.
