An out and back run today up over the trail and down into GS to the new park (restroom) and then back home up the trail. My hamstring was only a little sore and for the most part the run was perfect. But coming down the trail into GS my tummy started to go nuts and I barley made it to the potty... Man I'm not sure what I had in the system but it wasn't happy. Perfect spring day other than the breeze... but I guess that the difference between fall and spring. Fall is just perfect weather and spring is great when the wind isn't blowing.

I enjoy reading your blog. I can't believe your hamstring is still griping. Are you doing any PT, massage, etc.?

Is it the hammie griping or just Clyde? Just kidding buddy!

Robert- Sorry for the delayed reply. Thanks for the good advice. I've done a limited amount of PT stuff (mainly with the ball). I've also did some massage and both help but don't completely fix the problem. However I've never been really diligent with them. I just want to leave the house and run and have that fix the problem:) Anyways it will be ready when the time is right.

Tong out at you Dave!
