Went out against the wind on a uphill, sandy track. I know this sounds like a story from your Grandfather but it was murder. All of it hurt, most of it was slow, and none of it was easy.

The SuperFly putting in some good miles this week. I agree with the other posts, with good consistent training and proper preparations you should be able to run under 2:35 sometime in the future. (just don't count on me to be your pace setter)

Clyde - Soft surfaces is a good idea when you feel injury prone. Keep it up.

Superfly on the juice. 10.30 miles, holy cow. looks like it won't take you 20 miles to catch the wildbull next time around. I think your actually going to give those kenyon folks a scare
