DC loop. Super trashed this morning. Wanted to do anything but run. But labored around the loop. Got home and was 150.5 lbs which is the lowest I've been since last summer. I think I was up to around 165 lb back in January when we were in Hawaii.

Wow, that's a lot of weight to lose in that amount of time. What do you consider your ideal running weight?

Sorry for the long no reply... I just didn't get on all weekend. 152 lbs has been ideal. But in order to be there I have to get down to 147 lbs or so then hydrate and eat up to a healthy 152 lbs.
