The new overpass loop. It's a good little run with some climbs but after 3.5 it's flat or back down- so you get the worst over first. I felt great for a Monday. The hammy was tight and a little sore but right on track with the norm. I was excited today on the run thinking about Boston. I was reliving my trips there and excited for the guys who were out there running this year. I got home right in time to start watching one hour into the race. It was very thrilling until the feed went dead with less than one mile to go for the gals... BUMMER!

Good job to the Bloggers who ran today. Great job Jeff and Greg!

I've been following the race most of the morning on the computer. Looks like Steve Olsen ran 2:50. I'm excited to go and run Boston again sometime, maybe next year we can get a group together to go out.

Yeah I really want to get back into "race" shape and go in 2010. We'll just see if the body wants it...

I am all for 2010. I just need to get the body to cooperate to get my BQ.

Clyde,

Get the hammy feeling better, then you will easily get back into "race" shape. You are the man.
