12.3 mile morning run. Standard overpass loop. Good to be back home in the STG. Looking forward to a good week of training with at least one good tempo run somewhere along the line.

The run was good today I had this song and video stuck in my head the whole time.

The word on the street is that Steve Hooper can dance like this.

8.7 mile run this afternoon/ evening. Up to the powerline and down around GS then back home long around Middleton. It is starting to get warm out, but I like the results after a hard workout in the heat.

Hey, what was the discussion title of the one where you started talking about pay races? I was trying to find it and read the replies, but for some reason can't locate it.

Nice video Clyde. I've always liked that song, and a good upbeat song to run to.

Trainings looking good! It will be nice seeing you in Ogden and watching you fly passed me. Good luck on the tempo this week.

Ahh, the Gap Band. I always take time to listen when they pop up on my satellite radio.
