DC loop then back around the park after coming up River Road. Legs were sore again. Saturdays run was one of the dumbest training moves for me in a while. I was barely only 70% recovered from Ojai marathon anyways... then went and did a semi hard 20 miler down the marathon course. Dumb dumb. So with the heavy soreish legs the run was a battle and pace was slow. 7:10 avg. 4.9 mile Silkwood run. Hot and a pretty strong headwind made this a hard run. Plus the 3 chicken pot pies I cooked up and ate solo at lunch didn't sit well.
