EZ 10 this morning with Paul around the B-hills/ golf course loop like we did last week. 39F made it not too bad out and I  even left the jacket behind. I enjoyed a good historical and biblical lesson on the run as Paul shared some of his vast knowledge. Seriously the man has a complete higher level of understanding. Good stuff.

4 miles tonight. Just a short run to try and loosen up. The hammy has been tight today while sitting down at the computer or other chairs that hit it just so. So I tried to shake it out... but it was kind of sore on the run too. Just a reminder that I'm not completely out of the woods.

Thanks man.

I won't be able to make it on Thurs for the club run. We have our company party that night. So plan something good for Saturday.

Dave,

I will be at the club run on Thursday. It starts at 5pm right? You will be missed Clyde. I will look forward to seeing you on Saturday. Don't pack the food in to much :)

Clyde, thanks for the compliment. And thanks for the re-activation efforts, i know my blog is neglected - the problem is that I am spending many hours cycling (and swimming), and I can't blog that here. The non-running training days look like "wimp-out" days on the runningblog.

Paul just log your bike and swimming days too. There are a bunch of guys who do it. You may not be posting the # of running miles that day but you still post the workout. Others we be able to learn from your schedule while others can give advice and feedback. Come on man I'm not giving up that easy.
