Early morning workout with Paul and Logan. The plan was to run over to the river trail for a 3.4 mile warm up then do 4x1mile repeats and then jog back home. So we got over there and decided all we needed to do was hit the miles in 6 min pace. So we got going and hit the first one in 5:34... so a little faster than planned. Then on the way back we said to slow it up and we hit a 5:38- the pace felt very comfortable. After reaching the top Paul said he was feeling sick and had been on the first two. There was no need to push things for him so we all just jogged down and back and then home. Logan and I were happy for Paul's sickness:) It made it so we didn't have to do anymore speed.... but we really wish Paul the best and hope he gets feeling better. Good workout even though we didn't do all 4 miles. It was nice to run those two miles and feel very comfortable.

May go to club tonight.

How early is early?

We left at 5:15 so not really early. Not like our 2:30 a.m stuff of the past.
