Mik'L had an early morning board meeting so I was in charge of the little guy. So we did the baby jogger over to Bloomington Hills and around then back. It was a great run. I felt really good and the weather was nice an cool. We go home and then things kind of started getting windy and rainy. Myler slept the all the way but he loved it too. Hit the run at an 7:40 min mile pace.

Now we are headed to northern Utah to go up and listen to my Uncle and Aunt speak. They just got called to be mission presidents in Northern Japan. They will do great!

Good job getting out with the baby. This weather is just awesome! Have a safe trip, we will run next week.

Impressive miles with the little one! Is that the longest you've gone with him?

How's the hamstring?

Thanks guys.

Glen yeah that was the longest run to date with the baby jogger. It's actually such a nice jogger with the 20 in wheels that it rolls very effectively. It only slows me down around 10 seconds per mile on normal training runs and I think I could do 20 miles no problem as long as the little guy was ok with it.

The 20 inch wheels are very nice. I think my long run with jogger is 15 or 16 miles, and I was definitely getting tired of it. As was the kid. If you can do 20, that would be impressive.
